Nearly 70 per cent of apartments are rented furnished. They include living room, dining room, and bed room furniture as well as telephones
and air conditioners. Kitchens normally include an electric range and refrigerator. Some include dishwashers, washers and dryers.
Soft furnishings would include curtains and/or blinds.
Unfurnished apartments would include a refrigerator, electric range, air conditioners and telephones. Curtains might or might not be supplied.
Most apartments have a swimming pool, children's play area, and fitness facilities. They are usually much larger, but older, than condos.
